The air conditioning was inconsistent, making comfort an issue in high temperatures!!! Bathrooms are designed without any doors, which is awkward for privacy!!! The parking arrangement was frustrating with long waits for shuttles!!!

We had an amazing stay with fantastic views. The cave dining experience was unique, and the homemade breakfast was a highlight. We also enjoyed the guided bike tour around San Giuliano Lake and the scenic spot in the Civita neighborhood. Be ready to ask for room upgrades early since they fill up fast!

However, the air conditioning was not great. It was a bit uncomfortable at times, and a fan was only a temporary fix.

Amazing location with beautiful views! The staff were very attentive, and we had an incredible breakfast featuring a delicious assortment of homemade pastries and breads. We especially appreciated Angela at the bar and restaurant, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The parking arrangement was a bit inconvenient.

Staying in the Deluxe Junior Suite was such a treat! The room was gorgeous, with stunning panoramic views right from the window.
